Nothing irritates me more than a company that advertises sales, discounts and rebates and when you try to use that "sale," the fine print comes into play. This "bait and switch" game has really got to end with retailers.
Today it was a "join our newsletter and get 20% off. I did this and my 20% off became "Get 10% to 20% off products on this page" - random items that I did not want to purchase.
Today you lost a $400 sale and a costumer. ✌🏽
The recent website update is disappointing. How did this get approved? As a loyal customer who has ordered numerous times over the last five years without any issues regarding product quality or delivery, reordering simple items like socks or clothing used to be straightforward: just click on past orders to add them back to the cart. That feature is now entirely missing. They also erased my wishlist with very little notice (only about 4 days to save anything), and I can't recall all the specific sizes and items I had saved. My shopping cart was also wiped out. Browsing has become a hassle... product images for shirts or socks often dominate half the screen (sometimes all of it), making it impossible to view many items simultaneously on desktop. The browser zoom doesn't even help to reduce the size for better visibility. This may function better on mobile or tablet, but it severely hampers the desktop experience where I used to quickly scan through dozens of options. This is a downgrade in every aspect... no real advantages for customers, just a poorly designed interface that increases frustration. Why change what was already working? Perhaps they rushed it to cut costs, but it shows a complete lack of regard for frequent shoppers. I won't be placing many orders (if any) until these issues are resolved... it's nearly impossible now. I hope online sales decline enough to pressure them into reinstating the old site or at least restoring the valuable features.
Suggestion to the company: Consult your loyal customers before implementing major changes, provide adequate notice (more than just a few days) to save wishlists/carts, and actively seek feedback before launching something this disruptive. 2 stars – this change has eroded my trust.
Although the payment went through, the order was subsequently cancelled. The platform would not uphold the initial promotional price, claiming the item was from a third-party seller, and did not provide any compensation. Customers end up bearing the consequences of the issues between the platform and the seller—overall, a frustrating shopping and post-order experience.
Avoid this store at all costs! I was supposed to receive shoes over a week ago, but there's been no tracking information from the company, and they can't even contact the delivery team. It seems my shoes are likely lost, yet they refuse to refund me, locate the package, or send a replacement. I have to wait until they finally acknowledge that the shoes are missing. I've noticed similar complaints in other reviews today. It's unbelievable that this company can operate like this! Either issue refunds or provide proper tracking. Customers shouldn't be left waiting for weeks without any updates!
Very disappointing experience here during the holiday season. They lack inventory and ship directly from manufacturers. They sell items that aren’t in stock without listing them as unavailable. Expect a long wait for shipping notifications. It feels almost like a scam, but they do process refunds slowly after wasting your time. Avoid this company.
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE and make the same mistake I did. I was supposed to receive shoes over a week ago. No tracking from the company, and they can't contact the delivery team. My shoes are likely lost, but they won’t refund me or send a replacement. I’ll have to wait until they admit the shoes are lost. I've seen similar complaints from others. I can't believe this company operates like this! Either issue refunds or provide accurate tracking. Don’t just leave customers waiting for weeks!
