Purchased 3 accounts, and they replaced one broken account

I had purchased 3 account through the site, one of the accounts ended up being locked by microsoft instantly. Support helped me out, first ensuring that the account was fully locked, and then sending me the details for a brand new account. Very helpful, will use the service again in the future.
