Review Time
Don’t believe any ratings for vendors on this website. I had an aweful experience with one vendor, posted an honest review and although they (The Knot) asked me for support (which were court documents), they still didn’t post my review. My guess is they would rather get the money for advertisements than post honest reviews. This one vendor I dealt with was an actual villain (and we won against him in court) and The Knot has chosen to hide my review from his future customers just for a profit. What is the point of having reviews when you hide any negative ones?
I paid double the cost of my order to get it on time and it was 4 days late!! Would only give me back half of my money in credit cause it was "peraonalized" and told me I had to cover shipping to send it back!! Rediculous! I wouldn't order from them if I was you!!
I made a hotel reservation for my nieces wedding via the Knot. Told my sister the rate, forwarded her my confirmation, she was upset that her block rate was higher and called the hotel manager. He said that they do not have my reservation and they do not have any booking arrangements via the Knot!!! I contact the Knot via phone, get the total runaround! Horrible customer service. They only give me a partial credit (stealing almost $200 from me), I call and try to get to a manager. The manger is busy and will call me back. 2 days later no call.I am now contesting the charge with my credit card company. The Knot is a total SCAM!!
I ordered wedding cake and knife set with engraving. I was disappointed in the engraving and reached out. They responded a few days later and offered a replacement. They were very easy to work with! I received the replacement and it’s perfect! I definitely give 5 stars plus for their customer service, fast replacement and the item which is beautiful.
We were looking for a unique favor for our guest. We will be celebrating in the Caribbean, so needed something easy but elegant. We ordered the personalized glass coasters. They arrived, quickly, didn’t unwrap all,but seemed very well packed. The product is exactly what we were looking for. Definitely would recommend this company!!
There was a mistake with my order that I swore was not my fault - but honestly it might have been. I had a bad experience at first with the chat person who really didn't know how to fix the problem ( shipping address was mistakenly entered as the billing address also, so was not getting any confirmation and had no way to access the order. ) Finally I emailed my concerns and very quickly a knowledgeable person got involved and fixed everything very handily -- answered my many concerned emails (the items were for a wedding so timing was critical) and handled everything within hours and the entire order arrived at the correct address 48 hours AHEAD of time - thanks to the kind and careful attention of the customer service person . We also love the product (custom wedding matchbooks that THE KNOT took the initiative to put WHITE tips on the matches when I had forgotten to designate that!) and they were so speedy. A great experience all around and even though I prefer to speak to someone by phone they made me feel totally in control by answering my emails really quickly . Thank you all so much.
