I completed an online insurance quote and then attempted to contact customer service for follow-up questions. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating. I was transferred from one representative to another multiple times, and no one was able to actually assist me or take ownership of my call.After spending a significant amount of time on the phone, I was never properly helped. If this is the level of service during a simple quotation process, it’s concerning to imagine what the experience would be like during an actual emergency or claim.Based on this experience, I have very little confidence in their customer support and would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliable service
