There’s no email contact, and the AI chat only promotes further sales. I couldn’t talk to anyone because their options didn’t address my concerns, and there’s no way to leave a message. I wanted to discuss the auto-fill feature on their washers. This seems to be standard now, but it forces me to wash loads multiple times. For example, when I select auto-fill for a very dirty pair of jeans, there isn’t enough water to clean them properly. The rinse cycle barely uses enough water to remove soap, which is an issue since I use a lot of detergent for greasy clothes. If I don’t watch it closely, I end up washing clothes twice just to get them clean. It feels like I'm wasting water, and I don’t understand why the company thinks they know better than I do about my laundry needs. I know how dirty my clothes are and how much I have. In the past, washers had options for small, medium, and large loads, which worked perfectly for me. Why were those helpful features removed? It’s frustrating to have someone else decide what I need, especially when it often doesn’t match my preferences.
