Frustrating Experience with Customer Support

I attempted to reach out to the company today, and it felt as if they were new to the world. When I called, the options provided were not what I needed. Instead of assisting, they seemed focused on how to extract more money for their subpar product and service. There’s no email contact available, and the AI chat simply pushes the same sales agenda. I couldn’t speak to a representative since their options didn’t cater to my concerns, and there’s no way to leave a message. I was trying to discuss the auto-fill feature on their washers. This feature seems to be standard now, but it leads to me having to wash loads multiple times. For instance, when I select auto-fill for a very dirty pair of jeans, there isn’t enough water to clean them properly. The rinse cycle barely uses enough water to remove soap, which is a problem since I use a lot of detergent for greasy clothes. If I don’t monitor it closely, I end up washing clothes twice just to get them clean. It feels like I'm wasting water, and I can't understand why the company thinks they know better than me regarding my laundry needs. I know how dirty my clothes are and how much I have. In the past, washers had options for small, medium, and large loads, which worked perfectly for me. Why were those useful features removed? It’s frustrating to have someone else dictate what I need, especially when it often doesn’t align with my preferences.

Issues with New Air Conditioning System

They installed a new air conditioning system three months ago. The system is excessively noisy when running at maximum and operates 24 hours non-stop. My bill has increased by 30%. The installer couldn't find a solution to the problem. This is a very disappointing system to have in your home.

Disappointing Experience with Direct Order

I thought ordering directly from a manufacturer would be a good idea... I ordered a washing machine and waited all day on the delivery date. No delivery occurred. It took hours to reach a representative, who informed me that my order was randomly canceled "out of caution" without any email or text notification. Additionally, no contact information was provided to reach the delivery team.

Recurring Issues with Washing Machines

Unfortunately, the washing machines from this company have a persistent problem with the inducer on the control board, necessitating the replacement of the control unit. The company is aware of this issue but has taken no action. My washer failed after just a year and a half. Replacement costs are high for what was supposed to be a reasonably good budget product, which is now rendered useless due to a poorly designed component. I hope the company addresses this production issue soon.

Avoid Purchasing Appliances from This Company

I bought a washing machine, and less than 30 days after purchase, it completely stopped working. There was a loud boom, and it now sounds like plastic parts are rattling around inside. I called the company and, after five different numbers, finally reached someone. They were not helpful at all! They said they would repair the machine. I mentioned it had been less than 30 days and requested a refund instead. They told me they would only repair it since I purchased through a different retailer. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would call me within 24 hours, while my laundry piles up. This machine, along with the customer service, has been a terrible experience.
