Instead of assisting, they seemed focused on how to extract more money for their subpar product and service. There’s no email contact available, and the AI chat simply pushes the same sales agenda. I couldn’t speak to a representative since their options didn’t cater to my concerns, and there’s no way to leave a message. I was trying to discuss the auto-fill feature on their washers. This feature seems to be standard now, but it leads to me having to wash loads multiple times. For instance, when I select auto-fill for a very dirty pair of jeans, there isn’t enough water to clean them properly. The rinse cycle barely uses enough water to remove soap, which is a problem since I use a lot of detergent for greasy clothes. If I don’t monitor it closely, I end up washing clothes twice just to get them clean. It feels like I'm wasting water, and I can't understand why the company thinks they know better than me regarding my laundry needs. I know how dirty my clothes are and how much I have. In the past, washers had options for small, medium, and large loads, which worked perfectly for me. Why were those useful features removed? It’s frustrating to have someone else dictate what I need, especially when it often doesn’t align with my preferences.
