Quantity Over Quality: A One-Size-Fits-All Experience

I joined this program with high hopes, but my experience has been disappointing overall. The price keeps increasing, nearly double what it was last year, yet the quality and structure feel the same. It feels like the program has shifted toward quantity over quality. With more than 300 participants, the support feels one-size-fits-all, and there is little sense of personalized guidance. There is also a renewal program that can cost up to around $1,000 a month, which makes the 100% job guarantee seem less meaningful. The environment often felt disorganized, with everything from introductions to help requests happening in the same shared space, and getting individual help often required posting publicly. Feedback was slow, and communication from coaches dropped off significantly after the initial two months. I personally experienced a negative and discouraging interaction with one coach, and overall it sometimes felt like the focus shifted toward upselling additional coaching rather than providing ongoing support. Most of the useful material is delivered in the first two months, but real interview opportunities often come later, and at that point, getting mock interviews or extra help was difficult. When I reached out for support before a potential job interview, I was initially denied additional help until I mentioned I was considering writing a review, after which multiple coaches suddenly reached out. The course material also felt outdated, relying heavily on motivational psychology rather than up-to-date technical training, and some assignments seemed unnecessarily tedious, almost as if designed to make it harder to qualify for the refund. Overall, the program feels built for scale rather than for people. It is high on quantity but low on personalization, and much of the experience feels like a one-size-fits-all approach rather than true mentorship.
