When my company was laying off my colleagues I was afraid that I will be next. And some colleagues were struggling to find a job. I started cold applying early this year but it did not amount to anything. I came from a different country and I do not know the ropes of applying in the US so I joined and I am glad I did because after a month I got recruiter calls from Meta, Morgan Stanley etc. The students, coaches, modules, lectures are helpful.
