How can they get it so wrong so many…

How can they get it so wrong so many times with one order?I ordered multiple items. Two arrived and the other seven didn't. Despite being 'out for delivery' it turns out they were sent back to their warehouse for some unknown reason. I then had to wait until they arrived back at their warehouse to receive a refund. Why when I didn't cancel the order?The delivery drama lasted around a month and the cherry on the top was they didn't refund the £40 postage. This is not a luxury brand or company I'm afraid.
