Wish I'd seen the reviews before I purchased two swimsuits from this company.
Like others, my order took ages to arrive , when it finally was delivered I was dismayed to find that the items were of very poor quality and not as advertised (there was no tummy control as promised - fabric was extremely loose)
I contacted Amara straight away to organise return of the goods and arrange for my money to be returned to me. I had a reply offering that I keep the goods and receive a refund of 15% of my payment - I replied that the offer was no use to me as the items were not suitable for me to wear.
I then received instructions on how to return the goods - which I carried out exactly as requested. I was promised full refund and return of the postage (overseas!)
After many weeks the parcel has been returned to me!! During the waiting time I contacted Amara to request my refund, but surprise surprise - they have not replied!!
Someone should really stop this company from being allowed to advertise!
Its months now since my initial order and I am giving up all hope of getting my money back, so thought I'd due a very rare thing for myself and write a review in the hope that I save anymore people losing money to this thieving company!

What a frustrating and disappointing…

What a frustrating and disappointing process to return an order that was damaged and poor quality. Despite providing proof of return, which was processed through their portal. After several weeks all I have is frequent emails saying this is under investigation. It goes without saying that my days of shopping with Amara are over.

Do not buy from this store

Do not buy from this store. They are not based in London but China so if you want to return goods you have to pay a huge amount to return. Then my parcel was returned as undelivered.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Recieved my order 6 weeks after purchasing - despite 4 emails saying my items had shipped. The quality and fit were horrendous. Emailed asking to start a return process. She takes forever to respond and states its because of such a high volume of orders 🙄 and only responds back asking if I want to purchase more scrubs for a discounted price. Literally, every email she sends ignores my request for a return and offers me something else. Waste of time and money. Can't stand this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid Amara!

Ordered shoes. Ill fitting/ bad quality . Followed returns policy. Posted back to China in June, paid another £8 to return. After a time I queried that I hadn’t had a refund. I was asked for proof and receipts which I did have but they said shoes were not returned to their warehouse so would not refund. The shoes turned up back at my house in December ie. 6 months later with a Chinese sticker indicating it had not been claimed! I am going to report this company but because it’s based in China I’m not sure it can be resolved that easily

advertising scrub sets when infact its only a top and no bottoms. poor quality material. shipping and delivery is ridiculous ive waited 5 weeks for delivery. I would not waste your money,
