Purchased lovely agate ornament for gift on 1/2/24 and received next day. No invoice only Dpd messages of delivery. Liked so much so ordered myself one. Received next day but different in shape and size. I had read there could be differences but 2nd one looked so unbalanced. With no invoice number, could not access customer service online, also drop down boxes not opening. Amara do not appear to want you to contact them. Finally got through on phone and emailed pics. Offered refund if I returned at my expense. I had just wanted item exchanged for one shown in their advertising. Not a customer focussed trader, I find. Wished I could enclose photographs.
