Ordered through Wowcher on 16th March, & their website stated delivery by 25/03/24, so emailed Amare living for an update on the 25/03 as I haven’t been contacted by them & I don’t really have any expectations when it comes to Wowcher’s guidance from past experience. Amare Living’s response:Thank you for your message. Our standard delivery times are up to 7-14 working days – we are not quite sure why you are being promised unachievable delivery timings by Wowcher. This is something we shall take up with them. By way of update, your order is currently in production and as soon as it is ready for dispatch, we shall be in touch to confirm a time slot for you.Wasn’t interested in finding out about their third-party seller issues 😅 just the bed, food for thought. Didn’t hear from them after that and my details were passed directly to the delivery company ‘SGK’ who contacted on 29/03 with bed delivered on 4/04.Customer service: 3/5Products: 5/5
