Ordered a bed through wowcher. A week had gone by with no confirmation from this company, I rang to confirm my order and ask when the delivery date was, they said EITHER WEDNESDAY (11TH FEB) OR FRIDAY (13TH FEB). I dont know how they couldn't tell me a date even though on my confirmation from wowcher it says by the 11th Feb. We are now the 15th Feb and still nothing.
Bought a king bed via Wowcher, expected delivery within two weeks. Delivery date passes. No communication from them despite several emails using the contact provided on Wowcher. Called the number on the Amare website to be told it’ll be either Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Nothing. Called again on the Saturday to be told ‘I’ll call you back in 4 hours because my phone’s on 1%’!! How long to charge a phone??? They have no idea where my bed or order is. HORRENDOUS COMPANY. AVOID!! Wowcher processes don’t provide any complaints procedures or avenues to report goods not received. Dreadful experience.
Really nice bed at a very reasonable price. Really simple to put together and didn’t take long. Delivery was quick. Communication with them was great! The boss even gave me his Watsapp to deal with him direct as I needed the bed asap. Delivery driver was great too. I thought he was coming a bit later on but he came a little earlier than I thought and said he would wait around for me if I wasn’t back in time! All round great experience with Amari and would definitely use them again .
Ordered a bed via Wowcher with delivery on or before 4th February, emailed to ask for update on delivery with no response and no response to Facebook messenger. Will not amend my review until bed received and update on delivery
I ordered a bed from this company through the wowcher website, it was due to get delivered yesterday, (Wednesday) needs to say , I'm still waiting, I emailed this company yesterday, to No avail I haven't heard anything from them. Not Happy !!! I sent an email to wowcher who then got in contact, with this merchant, I then called the merchant, so GOOD NEWS they were delivering my bed on Friday (today) The delivery guy Riz was soo nice & helpful . I would recommend him. He kept in touch to say how long he would be. Happy customer.

Awful. Avoid at all - advertising stock on website that doesn’t exist. Terrible customer services and ignored my refund request despite me chasing them after they admitted beds not in stock (which they still have for sale on line). Had to process refund via PayPal in the end as the ignored my claim dispute and still no correspondence from the company. Terrible customer services.
Amazing customer service on the phone.Also the delivery was so smooth and stress free. Raz delivered my items and carrier everything inside for me. Very polite man with great customer service. Also my bed is beautiful and solid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. DA11
Received my delivery earlier then scheduled, I must say that I got a excellent service from this company. The day of delivery the two guys got held up with deliveries called and asked did I still want it has it would be quite late,, still came that night. Both guys were so professional, I will definitely use in the future. Will recommend to others.
