I ordered a product and decided to return it the day after it arrived since I changed my mind. The item was unused. I emailed their support on 30 September requesting a return and refund. After no response for three days, I followed up on 3 October. Now, over a week later, I still haven't received a reply. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I've sent a third email and may need to escalate this to my bank if I don't hear back soon. I wanted this resolved before my upcoming travel. If you value post-purchase support or basic communication, I would recommend avoiding direct purchases from this company.
