Disappointing experience with the company

I ordered a product and decided to return it the day after it arrived since I changed my mind. The item was unused. I emailed their support on 30 September requesting a return and refund. After no response for three days, I followed up on 3 October. Now, over a week later, I still haven't received a reply. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I've sent a third email and may need to escalate this to my bank if I don't hear back soon. I wanted this resolved before my upcoming travel. If you value post-purchase support or basic communication, I would recommend avoiding direct purchases from this company.

Sync issues with T-Rex3

I've had a T-Rex3 for two months, but it no longer syncs with the app. I've tried everything, but it still won't connect. Calling the support number is pointless; they never return calls. A complete waste of money.

Pairing issues with the strap

My strap stopped pairing after an iOS update. The app consistently shows 'Pairing failed,' and all troubleshooting attempts have failed. Despite contacting support multiple times, I received no response or assistance. The device is now locked and unusable. If pairing fails, you're entirely dependent on the company for a reset. If they don’t respond, you're left with an expensive, useless device. Not recommended if you expect reliable connectivity or responsive customer service.

Distance tracking inaccuracies

I've had this smartwatch for about a year, and my main issue is its consistent inaccuracy in tracking distance. It usually reports about 20 to 30 meters short per kilometer. I run 10 km twice a week, and almost every time, it's 200 to 300 meters short. It's frustrating when I achieve a personal best, but the watch doesn't track it accurately!

Excellent watch at a great price!

This watch is fantastic! I purchased it online, and it arrived within two days. It has all the advertised features, including nutrition tracking, workout plans, smart sleeping, and more. The design is sleek and comfortable, and the packaging was impressive. For such a low price, the quality is amazing. I'll update my review after using it longer. One minor issue is the charger tends to come off the back of the watch easily, but it's manageable.

Unethical selling practices

I ordered a smartwatch, but it wasn't clearly stated that duties and taxes were the customer's responsibility; this was hidden in the fine print. Even the courier didn’t inform me, delivering it without any duty information. A month later, I received a bill for 68% in duties and taxes. Neither the company nor the courier informed me about this. I will never buy from them again and won’t recommend their products to anyone. The total cost ended up being double what it would have been elsewhere.

Disappointing experience with the health watch

I bought a health watch for my son for his birthday. He wore it for 37 days, and now it won’t charge. It shakes violently on the charger and won’t turn on. I contacted the retailer, but they couldn’t help since it was over 30 days. I reached out to the company, but they did nothing. They don’t respond to emails, which is how they prefer to be contacted. They sell poor-quality products and refuse to stand behind them. This has been the worst customer service I've encountered. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Extremely disappointing customer service

The customer service is disgraceful. I've had my watch for just two years, and the crown button has stopped working. When I sought help, their support was unprofessional. They can't respond clearly, dodge questions, and take days to reply, if at all. Phone support is equally bad, with calls disconnecting rudely. Email support is practically non-existent. It's evident that the company is unwilling to engage in basic customer communication. It's unacceptable for a premium product to fail so quickly while they ignore your concerns. I advise everyone to stay away from this brand.
