My strap stopped pairing after an iOS update. The app consistently shows 'Pairing failed,' and all troubleshooting attempts have failed. Despite contacting support multiple times, I received no response or assistance. The device is now locked and unusable. If pairing fails, you're entirely dependent on the company for a reset. If they don’t respond, you're left with an expensive, useless device. Not recommended if you expect reliable connectivity or responsive customer service.
