Disappointing experience with the health watch

I bought a health watch for my son for his birthday. He wore it for 37 days, and now it won’t charge. It shakes violently on the charger and won’t turn on. I contacted the retailer, but they couldn’t help since it was over 30 days. I reached out to the company, but they did nothing. They don’t respond to emails, which is how they prefer to be contacted. They sell poor-quality products and refuse to stand behind them. This has been the worst customer service I've encountered. I won't be purchasing from them again.
