Extremely disappointing customer service

The customer service is disgraceful. I've had my watch for just two years, and the crown button has stopped working. When I sought help, their support was unprofessional. They can't respond clearly, dodge questions, and take days to reply, if at all. Phone support is equally bad, with calls disconnecting rudely. Email support is practically non-existent. It's evident that the company is unwilling to engage in basic customer communication. It's unacceptable for a premium product to fail so quickly while they ignore your concerns. I advise everyone to stay away from this brand.
