From the initial meeting with Ben to the installation with Jay and Luke and the follow up calls with Mike and Karen, I am wholeheartedly impressed.
We only had a small area of our loft boarded but the help and advice given by Ben to begin with was hugely appreciated. He clearly gave me all the options and wasn't pushy at all, he let me lead the conversation and ask anything.
Jay and Luke were brilliant on installation day. Jay especially kept me informed about their ETA and checked in when they were close. During the installation they were both very friendly indeed and helpful. Both were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Jay especially I feel went above and beyond with his kindness and extra efforts to rectify a slight problem (not caused by them). I would say the reason Amazing Lofts can call themselves that is because of the people that work for them! Thank you Jay (and Luke) for you excellent customer service.
