Mitch and Callum turned up on time, put dust sheets down straight away and started work. They took the old loft ladder and hatch down, and replaced with new ladder and hatch. They were very professional and efficient, they cleaned all the mess up and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

From the initial meeting with Ben to the installation with Jay and Luke and the follow up calls with Mike and Karen, I am wholeheartedly impressed.
We only had a small area of our loft boarded but the help and advice given by Ben to begin with was hugely appreciated. He clearly gave me all the options and wasn't pushy at all, he let me lead the conversation and ask anything.
Jay and Luke were brilliant on installation day. Jay especially kept me informed about their ETA and checked in when they were close. During the installation they were both very friendly indeed and helpful. Both were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Jay especially I feel went above and beyond with his kindness and extra efforts to rectify a slight problem (not caused by them). I would say the reason Amazing Lofts can call themselves that is because of the people that work for them! Thank you Jay (and Luke) for you excellent customer service.

All I can say is I’m super impressed with everything from start to finish. I had my survey on the Thursday and had my loft done on the Monday. 4 days later! Mikey P arrived on time, was so friendly and approachable and we had a laugh. He did an exceptional job and I’m so happy with it. Mikey is an asset to your company, please look after him because he’s a diamond. I can’t thank you all enough, this process was seamless from start to finish and not mention a really competitive price.
I contacted the service to schedule a survey, but it took several weeks for them to be available. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed up, and I later found out that my booking wasn't recorded in their system. It felt like a complete waste of time. When I called earlier, the representative assured me that my call was logged and that I had arranged the survey, but it clearly wasn't booked. I recommend checking your own team's records first, thank you.
I had a fantastic experience with Mike and Jay, who came today due to a cancellation. They installed loft boards and insulation, demonstrating exceptional politeness and a willingness to go above and beyond. They completed the job neatly and left the space clean.
