I had a 9 a.m. lash appointment. When I finished around 10:30 a.m., the receptionist was on the phone and ignored me. I waited, even using the restroom to give her time. When I whispered I had a meeting, she called me rude. I needed to pay and tip, but she argued with me.I tried to get help from another employee, but they couldn't process payments. The receptionist blamed me for waiting, saying I finished 30 minutes early. Frustrated, I left after 15 minutes of trying to pay. I then called the Dallas number to pay, just to find out that I had enough credits that I didn't even have to pay (which further shows my time was wasted). I still tipped the person who did my lashes, but the receptionist was the worst. She will be the cause of many customers not coming back because the phone call she was on, while having me wait, was her yelling at a customer.The receptionist was so focused on trying to win an argument with me that she didn't realize a customer simply wanted to pay and leave. I had no issues with anything except wanting to check out. I felt profiled because I was not dressed to par and my hair was prepped for a hair appointment. This location is in a high-end area. There's no way that when someone whispers they have to leave after waiting to check out, the receptionist thinks the response should be "you are being rude." This establishment lacks professionalism, and I don't recommend it to anyone who is a professional. If you don't want to be disrespected by the staff, do not go to this establishment.
