I was going here for over a year and unfortunately you was forced to close my account because of the high turnover rates and poor trained front desk staff. And when I asked if I could use the credits that they had take it out of my account which equals to a $100 on products within the store because I found another lash Silas to they said no you have to use it on a service after I tried to explain to the manager that you can't do that jumping back-and-forth from style is to stylist because there is using different products. Take my warning and please support your local and don't go with a giant chain to get your eyelashes done.
