My recent experience with the service has been incredibly frustrating. Several orders were canceled even after the payment was taken from my account. Now, I’ve been asked to verify my identity, and both the refunds and verification are expected to take several days. When I reached out to the support team for assistance, they simply advised me to create another account. I explained that this is my only account, yet they still insisted I make a new one. This is very frustrating and not what I expect from such a platform. They really need to resolve this issue.
