They are worst and even i believe they are involved in fraud and scams by leaking your card information.
My card was misused at amazon, scammer ordered using my card, i reported within 5 hours, and they amazingly replied that good is in transit, i requested to freeze the delivery as i shared the proof that its a fraud but they refused.
They are involved in scamming and frauds.
This review is specifically for AMAZON NOW Market, and I wish to give it ZERO star. While their prices may appear lower than other local markets, my experience suggests there is a trade-off. On two separate occasions, when I ordered multiple units of the same product, one of the items arrived either damaged or expired.
The first time, I ordered three cartons of organic milk and received one carton in a damaged container. At that time, the return was approved. However, the second time I again ordered three cartons of organic milk, and one of them had been expired for more than a month.
I contacted customer service—not to request a refund, but to raise a serious concern about quality control and consumer safety. I was told the item is classified as non-returnable and that photo evidence was required before any refund could be processed within three days. I provided all requested documentation and clearly stated that my main concern was the potential health risk of distributing expired products. More than week passed, and no one followed up with me.
Based on my experience, I advise customers to be cautious, particularly when ordering perishable food items. Proper storage, expiration monitoring, and responsive customer service are critical when it comes to products that directly affect consumer health.

Now, I am required to verify my identity, and both the refunds and verification process are anticipated to take several days. When I reached out to the support team for assistance, they merely suggested I place an order using a different account. I clarified that this is my only account, yet they persisted in asking me to create a new one. This situation is very aggravating and doesn't meet my expectations. They truly need to address this problem.

I had a dreadful experience during the 11.11 sale. Honestly, it feels like a total scam. I placed three orders, waited a week, and then two were canceled on the exact day they were meant to be delivered. No explanation or proper update—just cancellations after wasting my time. The only order that did arrive was in a very poor condition, definitely not as advertised. To make matters worse, the customer service was utterly disappointing. They don’t value customers’ time or money. It seems the support team is only trained to say “sorry,” not to actually resolve issues. They provided incorrect information, told me to “just reorder,” and even disconnected the call while I was still speaking, leaving everything unresolved. No callbacks or follow-ups. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever encountered. If this is how they manage major sales, I’m seriously reconsidering shopping here again.
The delivery service is terrible. Their shipping team handles parcels with complete disregard for keeping them safe or in good condition. 90% of my orders arrive broken, spilled, or opened. As for their customer service motto, it only seems to apply if you don’t leave a negative review. As long as you don’t comment on their poor service, they allow your feedback to be posted. 'Scamazon' should be their new brand name.
I have never encountered such unprofessional service before. My experience with ordering a product has been a nightmare—full of false promises, cancellations, and zero accountability. My first order was canceled without any specific reason or apology. When I reordered, the tracking showed delivered, but I never received it! I spent hours explaining the situation, even mentioning how I had promised it to someone. They assured me a refund would come within hours and promised next-day delivery if I reordered. Guess what? The refund never arrived until I followed up multiple times. When I placed the third order, the price had suddenly increased, and they claimed they couldn’t deliver it on the same day, despite written confirmation. It’s clear they prioritize new customers over loyal ones. No agent took genuine responsibility, and they all repeated scripted lines without empathy or solutions. This is not the standard I expect. I demand this case be reviewed urgently, as I lost time, money, and trust due to this incompetent service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
My refund experience has been terrible—avoid this platform if you’re not a resident. Shopping here has been the worst online experience I’ve ever had. If you pay with an international card, don’t expect your refund back. When I requested mine, they refused to return it to my original payment method. Instead, they forced me to accept store credit or open a local bank account, which is nearly impossible for non-residents. This feels completely unreasonable and like a refund trap. I was left with my money stuck in their wallet, unable to use it elsewhere. It’s unfair, unprofessional, and totally unlike the global experience I expected. If you’re outside the area or just visiting, stay away from this platform. Their refund process is broken, and customer service provides no real assistance.
