Five years ago: seamless deliveries, reachable customer service, and quick exchanges for malfunctioning high-end items, usually within 3 to 5 days. Now: customer service is nearly unreachable, and I was told, 'we're sorry to hear your package was stolen shortly after delivery.' Two packages went missing within ten days. Not sure if it's a carrier or company issue, but I’m reconsidering my purchases.
