Review Time
Sadly, Amazon Canada has fallen to a 1-star rating from a previous 4-star overall. Their return policies have become a complete disappointment. If you're returning an item valued at less than around $70, the return is acknowledged, and the refund process starts within hours of dropping it off at the courier, with the refund appearing in your account in a few days. The BIG issue arises when the value is over that amount, as it can take at least 14 days to a month. They provide a misleading reason for the delay, claiming it hasn't reached the return facility. It's frustrating because I returned two items to the same courier at the same time—one valued at about $40 was processed immediately, while the one valued at about $110 took three weeks. This service definitely needs some serious competition.
Steer clear of this service due to recent policy changes. While it might seem fine now, the customer service is terrible. Everything is automated, and your funds could be stuck for two weeks as they are "unable" to assist. Overall, a frustrating experience.

I was offered a courtesy credit of $40 for my next order, but it was unexpectedly lowered to $16.16. When I inquired, the representative informed me that the credit could only be applied to items sold directly by the company. The initial agent neglected to mention this crucial limitation.
Five years ago: seamless deliveries, reachable customer service, and quick exchanges for malfunctioning high-end items, usually within 3 to 5 days. Now: customer service is nearly unreachable, and I was told, 'we're sorry to hear your package was stolen shortly after delivery.' Two packages went missing within ten days. Not sure if it's a carrier or company issue, but I’m reconsidering my purchases.
I've been a customer for several years, using various services and paying over $30 a month. However, support is non-existent. With delivery issues due to postal strikes, my orders get stuck for months, often ending in cancellations. Very disappointing.
I’ve had a great experience overall! I've been using the service for over four years. While I’m not keen on the monopoly they’ve created and its impact on local brands, their customer support has consistently been responsive and effective in resolving issues.
As a long-time member, I faced significant issues when my phone was stolen and I had to get a new number. Despite having two-step verification, it took nearly 60 hours with no resolution. Customer support was unhelpful, and I felt compelled to cancel my account due to the lack of assistance. I expected better service during this critical time.
