The customer care, available in English within seconds on chat, offers outstanding service. You can't beat it. I really feel a valued customer.Just a couple of things which could be improved. Not all the products yet have a full description in English, and sometimes there are items sold by private sellers which are orders of magnitude more expensive than on Amazon.com, not sure why.
