Completely ineffective, cancelled my order and restricted my account without any warning. The order confirmation was in English, but the notification about the issue was in Japanese—what were they thinking? I was forced to sign up for the Japanese version since I couldn't access the one for my home country. I needed an item urgently for my travels, and this situation caused me significant trouble. Disappointing and frustrating experience. I'm very dissatisfied.

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service is extremely poor. Each time I reach out, I receive different explanations regarding my situation. Additionally, I ordered an item that was shown as available with stock, but now I am informed that it won't arrive until much later. It's unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

Completely ineffective

Completely ineffective, my order was canceled, and my account was put on hold without my knowledge. The order confirmation was in English, but the warning email was in Japanese—how confusing is that? I was forced to sign up for the Japanese version when I wanted to use the version for my home country. I needed an item urgently while traveling, and this experience was incredibly frustrating. Totally disappointing and infuriating.

Awful delivery service

The delivery service is awful, and while I usually don't mind, this time was different. They often claim 'next day' delivery but then change it without notice. It’s December 24, and I expected Christmas gifts to arrive, but one of the two gifts was missing. Customer support admitted they forgot and just issued a refund, without any concern for the situation. This has ruined my plans, and I will no longer trust them for important deliveries.

Service is non-existent

It has been five days, and they haven’t charged me or processed my order. It’s absurd how long this is taking. The inefficiency is an embarrassment. Items are listed as in stock, yet shipping takes forever. Customer support is just automated responses, and getting to a real person is impossible. This is unacceptable.

A frustrating experience

I am shocked at how poorly my order was handled. After waiting nearly two months for an item that was supposedly in stock, I received only generic replies from customer service. They even suggested I cancel my order. I was eventually told my order was canceled due to no stock after being misled for so long. This experience has been utterly disappointing, and I no longer trust this service.

Issues with misdelivered items

If an item is delivered to the wrong address, resolving the issue is nearly impossible. You end up having to reorder and pay again, then dispute the charge later.

I usually receive my orders on time with good packaging, but there are times when delivery is delayed or the product doesn't match the description. Customer service does respond, but it can take a while and isn't always helpful. Convenient for many things, but not consistently reliable.
