Tried telling them one of the 4 lights I brought didn't work. 4 times over the course of a month they asked me for my order details, photos etc and never once replied to me. Their system says not to return broken glass. With just a few days to go before my complaint would be ended I had to spend yet another hour trying to actually speak to someone. Spoke to a very pleasant Indian woman who I could not understand, and eventually she told me to return it despite their system clearly stating not to send broken glass.
That's the last time I purchased anything ever again from Amazon, bloody joke...
