It should be 0 , got a jacket delivered, it said, item handed to customer, that is a lie , it was at the front door in the flimsiest plastic bag you could imagine, there was no paper bag and the amazon tape was loose so the bag wasn't sealed, don't attempt to make a complaint to amazon because they don't allow it, and if your enquiry is not on their list then forget about it because they don't care, this company is getting worse, I hope they go bust because its what they deserve.
