Terrible customer support now, now they charge so much for a membership but keep rolling back the benefits. I just ordered a toy for my gson, he got some old foreign version of the toy, not at all what was advertised. No prob I went to do refund. Nope from a partner co. Have to wait some unknown amount of time thru mail, and box it up etc. When they sent the wrong thing. Charged way more for it too. Get this a lot from amazon. Canceling my subscription
