I ordered items and canceled them, expecting a refund within 3-5 business days, but it’s now day 24. Despite updating my contact number, deliveries are still failing. I've tried multiple times to resolve this, but the responses have been unhelpful. I’m still waiting for a refund for items I never received. This experience has been very disappointing.
