I placed an order with Amazon consisting of two items. One of the items delivered (valued at 199.00 EUR) was clearly used and non-functional. Amazon subsequently authorized a return. Following their instructions, I returned the item via the post office.
Despite providing the postal receipt (tracking number) and photographic evidence of the item, Amazon claimed via email after receiving the package that the item returned was "incorrect." Consequently, Amazon is refusing to issue a refund and is also retaining the returned item. This is unacceptable.
