This was my first experience with the service. It was a new encounter—neither poor nor exceptional, just average. I ordered storage bags, cooler bags, and a tripod. The bags were fantastic and exactly as depicted, but the tripod was much smaller than shown. It functioned as expected, but its size did not match the image. I wish the visuals were more accurate and reflected the actual product instead of just enhanced images designed to attract attention. However, I must commend the delivery speed; the items arrived the day after I placed the order, which is a positive aspect.
