I ordered a freezer for my home several months ago and decided to order a second one as my family needs it. After accepting my order and processing my payment, the service canceled it, stating that "this exceeds the normal quantity for one home; two freezer orders in one year are not permitted." Unbelievable. I have been a loyal customer and have ordered many items. However, after this experience, I plan to cancel my account once I receive my refund.
