As a long-time customer, I've spent a significant amount over the years. However, the service's logistics have declined drastically. Deliveries are repeatedly attempted late at night, and items are marked as "Delivery Attempted" or even "Delivered" when they haven't arrived. Several essential items never reached me. I prefer to write negative reviews only as a last resort, but their customer support doesn't provide a first option. The callback request feature on their website is non-functional, and I can't reach a human being. Automated replies don't help, and refunds appear without explanation while missing items just vanish. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless they improve their service.
