I've reached a breaking point with Amazon ES due to two recent, highly frustrating experiences involving defective products.In both instances, despite receiving faulty items, I was charged for return postage, including one return that cost me €16.59. To make matters worse, the first refund I received was €12 less than my original purchase price, and I'm still awaiting the refund for the second defective item.Adding to my frustration, lodging a formal complaint with Amazon ES seems impossible. This lack of a clear complaint process, coupled with the issues of return charges and incomplete refunds, is unacceptable.Furthermore, I've noticed a significant disparity in the refund process: obtaining a full refund to my original payment card appears to be far more difficult and time-consuming compared to receiving a quicker refund to my Amazon account. This discrepancy makes the refund process feel deliberately complicated when customers opt for their original payment method.
