I ordered a smart display during the Black Friday sales, expecting delivery in early December. Now, it has been postponed to early February. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. When I contacted customer service, I was informed they were out of stock, which is frustrating since it was available at the time of my purchase. It seems they oversold and failed to manage their inventory correctly. This is the second time I've faced issues with fulfillment from the platform; the first was a mattress for a crib ordered in the summer, which had a long delivery date. Despite confirming twice, they canceled and refunded it just weeks before the expected delivery. I have little faith in this service now.
