Deceitful Driver ,Left delivery out in the rain but yet recorded a photo of our postbox ???
As a prime customer
I would like to bring to your attention a drivers dishonesty in recording a delivery and taking a photo of the postbox when he actually left delivery on the ground in the rain for the night .I have video footage ,
I stated in advance and it is also on my special instruction to leave in the blue wheelie bin at side of the house ,
Not only did he not do so he did not even put it in the post box either OR in a safe place
This is not acceptable
Extremely disappointing. Deliveries are consistently late, often handled by a postal service instead of their own vehicles, making it challenging to update delivery addresses. I've had great experiences with other platforms in the UK and Spain, but this one is truly unacceptable. When attempting to contact their support, they always respond with apologies and reassurances, but nothing improves. It's quite frustrating.
The service was once dependable and professional, but it seems to be deteriorating. I placed an order four months ago, and after only receiving part of it, I reached out to customer support. They informed me that I would need to cancel my current order, place a new one at a higher price, and then submit a request for a refund. I expressed that this was not a viable solution but rather created additional issues. The representative assured me they would ensure delivery. Fast forward six weeks and another chat with customer service, and I was once again told to cancel my order, reorder, and then raise a ticket for the different amount.
I ordered a smart display during the Black Friday sales, expecting delivery in early December. Now, it has been postponed to early February. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. When I contacted customer service, I was informed they were out of stock, which is frustrating since it was available at the time of my purchase. It seems they oversold and failed to manage their inventory correctly. This is the second time I've faced issues with fulfillment from the platform; the first was a mattress for a crib ordered in the summer, which had a long delivery date. Despite confirming twice, they canceled and refunded it just weeks before the expected delivery. I have little faith in this service now.
I ordered a book with the promise of next day delivery, but it was delayed by a week. The new delivery date was inconvenient for me. The support team was unhelpful and refused to cancel the order. I would have been fine with a later delivery, but there was no flexibility. I was told it was my responsibility to refuse the delivery or track it online and reject it. This platform operates like a scam, using a well-known brand as a facade to mislead customers. They falsely advertise items as available, take your money, and then cancel your order after a month, claiming they never had the item. Customer support is extremely rude and unhelpful, unlike other regions where they are reliable and friendly. I strongly advise avoiding this site.
I purchased a pallet of returned items, but the total value of what I received was barely €20. I paid €35 for a low-quality toothbrush, a generic set of earbuds, a cheap flashlight, and a keyring light. I am very unhappy and will not be making any future purchases.
I have had a great experience with this platform. Orders are accurate, delivery is exceptional, and the products match their online descriptions. Communication regarding delivery times is reliable, and customer service is courteous and knowledgeable. Their return process is efficient as well. I highly recommend this service to friends and family. Other platforms should take notes.
