I’m really disappointed with my experience with Amazon. I bought a coffee table last month, and it arrived broken during delivery. When I contacted them, they told me I need to return it to a cargo drop-off point. The problem is that the table is very heavy and I don’t even have a car to transport it.
It’s frustrating that there’s no easy way to communicate with them or speak to someone directly to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying from Amazon again.
