Never ordering from this platform again.

I will not be placing another order with this platform. I ordered a power washer on December 25, 2025, but instead received an art bag. I returned the bag and have been waiting for my power washer for a week now. Communication has been non-existent, and when I finally reached someone, I was told there was no stock, despite there being stock at the time of my order. I missed out on a special offer and now have to wait for a refund, which seems uncertain given their current service. It's extremely disappointing.

I will not order from this service again...

I will not order from this service again. I ordered a power washer on December 25, 2025, but received an art bag instead. After returning the bag, I've been waiting for my power washer for a week now. There's been no communication, and when I finally reached someone, I was told there was no stock, even though there was when I placed my order. I've missed out on a special deal and now have to wait for a refund, which I doubt will happen based on their service so far. Very disappointing.

Wrong item delivered but resolved after contacting support

I had a frustrating experience with my order as the wrong item was delivered and I struggled to report it. It was quite annoying, and I felt like I had no way to get help. However, once I finally connected with a representative via chat, the issue was quickly and professionally addressed. The agent acknowledged the mistake, approved the return, and provided a return label right away. I was also assured that my refund would be processed in a few days. Although reaching support could be more straightforward, I appreciate that the situation was resolved once I spoke with someone.

Order not received despite delivery confirmation

On August 21, 2025, I ordered four bottles of body wash. It was marked as delivered to the security guard of my accommodation, but I never received them. There's no contact number for customer complaints, which makes this service seem untrustworthy. I initiated a return even though I never had the item. It's now their responsibility to resolve this issue.

Excellent service from the seller

I ordered a microwave late on August 18, and it was delivered by 11:30 the next day. They also offered the best price among all the options I considered. Excellent service.

Poor customer service and delivery issues

I ordered an item with a next-day delivery promise, but the next day I received an email stating it had been delivered, which was not the case. I contacted the courier, who said they would follow up. When I called customer support, I was told such issues sometimes happen and my order would likely arrive in two days. On the second day, I checked with the courier again, and they said it would take two more days to locate my package. I contacted support again, and was informed that they would log a support call that would take 72 hours to track the parcel. Eventually, the package was delivered and left with the security guard without any attempt to deliver it to me directly. A week later, no one from the courier or support has followed up to confirm the delivery.

Service quality has decreased significantly!

The quality of service has declined drastically! Within a week, I received the wrong product, and my second delivery was late. I received a message at 11:30 PM claiming delivery was attempted, which is completely untrue! When I called customer service, the agent assured me it would arrive within an hour, but 12 hours later, it still hadn't shown up! There are other shopping websites that are cheaper and provide better service!

Trust issues with this platform due to delivery failure

I trusted this platform and ordered a high-performance laptop for work. The product was sold and shipped by them, but I received a different, lower-spec device. I reached out to support multiple times and spent hours explaining my situation. I requested a fair replacement, but they only offered a refund, and now the item I ordered is out of stock, making it expensive to find a similar one. I invested my budget based on their reputation and did not expect this level of negligence. This has disrupted my work significantly, and I’ve reported this to the relevant authorities. I hope they take this issue seriously and improve their handling of such cases.

Disappointing experience with this platform

I ordered a computer during a discount period, and the payment was deducted from my account, but then the order was canceled due to 'unusual activity' and the price increased immediately afterward! I contacted them several times and received no helpful responses; I felt completely ignored. It seems like canceling discount-related orders is intentional and lacks transparency. I feel scammed and warn others not to trust their temporary offers.

No cash back, terrible delivery experience and poor communication

I had a terrible experience with this service in Riyadh. My delivery instructions were ignored, and despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, it was always a failure. I never received my order, and there has been no cash back since March 24, 2025. I've tried to reach out multiple times, but no one has responded. I feel like my money has been taken.
