This service has really gone downhill. I was trying to buy a stylus phone from their site, but everything seems off now. As a prime member, I called their support team, and they showed no concern. When I mentioned going elsewhere, the representative just said 'okay' without any care. Is this the new standard for customer service? I'm very disappointed.
