While I see some negative opinions, my experience has been quite good. The service has consistently delivered everything I ordered ahead of the expected date, usually within 1-2 weeks. I've never encountered lost or damaged items during transit. One of the best features is the flexibility of the membership, allowing you to cancel anytime and receive a refund. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered the wrong item (which wasn't clearly indicated on the site) but was able to return it easily and get my money back in under a week. The item itself arrived in just 5 business days.

I ordered an item during Black Friday. After an already long wait of nearly three weeks, my order was canceled just one day before delivery. No warning or explanation. Meanwhile, the same item was still available for purchase. This shows serious inventory issues. Customer service was unhelpful, providing only template responses with no accountability or solutions. Canceling orders at the last minute is disrespectful to customers’ time. This was my worst online shopping experience in Sweden. I cannot trust this service and will avoid it in the future.
How can this service be so large with such a poor site? You can’t even remove old addresses, and customer support is equally unhelpful, providing incorrect information. The owner should invest in completely revamping the site. The website is as disappointing as the service.
