This service has significantly declined. I was trying to buy a stylus phone and everything seems different now. As a prime member, I reached out to their support team, but they were indifferent. When I mentioned considering other options, the representative simply said 'okay' without any concern. Is this the new level of customer service? I'm extremely disappointed.
