I am formally complaining about my recent order as several items have not been delivered and are marked as missing. These were purchased during a promotional offer, and while I appreciate the offered refund, it only covers the promotional price. Since the promotion is no longer available, this refund is insufficient for me to repurchase the items. I need either a replacement order for the missing items at no extra cost or a refund that reflects the current price. I've been passed around to multiple agents with no clear resolution or escalation path. I kindly request this matter be escalated for a fair resolution.
