Big sigh! This is a company too big and too powerful to give a damn about how you receive your packages. They continue to employ a big turnover of Drivers who are completely oblivious to how they park, blocking roads and pavements putting pedestrians and cars drivers at risk by leaving doors open and ignoring every health and safety rule out there. Will it change, nope, why, cos when you are multi billion pound company why should you even care. And that not the worst part, when they do deliver they throw the package at your door or if they need to, jump over a neighbours walls just to save a couple of seconds. No respect, no concern and no care. Amazon know they control the online market place using their algorithms to dominate the Internet search engines. So there's nowhere to go, it's literally the case of if you buy from us you'll put up with the crap too, bad service, poor drivers, bad attitudes and a total disregard for safety. Time to fight back, start filming incidents build a case files and then sue...its not surprising then when they have an >87% negative customer satisfaction rating!

Be aware that it seems Amazon updates may include a tracking link collecting (or stealing) personal information. This may be a malicious app which uses telemetry channels to exfiltrate sensitive data such as login credentials and email content. As Amazon don't advise they collect this information by telemetry it's difficult to determine if it's a malicious link or Amazon link. The domain portion and the prefix aren’t standard public URLs you’d use as a customer but this maybe an internal endpoint used by the Amazon app and it's services, or devices to send data back over HTTPS on port 443.

Oh the drama of non delivery from Amazon/DPD.

Amazon said the courier had an item I ordered (a £330 turntable) and the courier DPD said Amazon had not yet given them it. Over 5 days I was told three times by Amazon the item would be delivered that day.

Three days I stayed at home waiting. No delivery. Contacted courier. Amazon hadn’t sent it to them yet.

I then contact Amazon when THEY finally ALLOW me to so. I can get a refund. They say they have refunded me but it will take 5 - 7 days. When I then check my account I see they have issued me with a RETURN label.

Given I haven’t received the item, the courier hasn’t received the item, then how can I return it? So now when I don’t return an item I’ve never received the refund will either not be issued or the money will be taken back out of my account next month. They further have the cheek of making you pay the postage for an item that weighs 20kg! A joke. Qlearsoul was the supplier to Amazon whether they have anything to do with it who knows. Avoid ALL of them!

frustration with the delivery process

I am quite unhappy with the delivery service; they frequently leave packages downstairs in the building, and often even outside! I had £67 worth of clothing stolen. They seem to ignore my delivery instructions, and when I raise complaints, nothing changes. Additionally, I've faced issues with product quality, receiving items that are subpar or used instead of new. My experiences with the customer service have also been disappointing, as they are often unhelpful or unresponsive. Right now, I feel like I'm losing £122 because the support team won't address my concerns.

Formal Complaint Regarding Missing Items from My Order

I am writing to formally address an issue with my recent order. Several items I purchased have not been delivered and are currently listed as missing. These items were acquired during a promotional event, which offered a significant discount at the time of purchase. While I acknowledge the refund provided, it only covers the promotional price I initially paid. Since that promotion has ended, the refund is insufficient for me to repurchase the items. I am not just seeking a refund but a solution that enables me to receive the items I originally ordered. I have been transferred among multiple representatives, at least five, and unfortunately, none have been able to offer a clear resolution or escalation path. This has left me without the items I paid for and without a fair way to obtain them. I am requesting the following: 1. A replacement order for the missing items at no extra cost to me, or 2. A refund that reflects the current cost of the items so that I can repurchase them. I kindly request that this issue be escalated to a supervisor or a team capable of resolving matters related to lost promotional items and refund discrepancies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a timely and fair resolution.

Missing items from my order

Warning about delivery issues

I had a delivery of a heavy item that was mishandled. The delivery personnel struggled with the package and caused noticeable damage to my laminate flooring while bringing it inside. Despite providing video evidence and photos of the damage, the company has refused to accept responsibility. This experience has been very disappointing, and I recommend documenting all delivery interactions to avoid similar issues.

Frustrating delivery experience

I'm disappointed with the recent delivery service. Although they are now using environmentally friendly packaging, the delivery driver simply tossed my package at the gate, allowing it to get soaked in the rain. The paper packaging did not hold up well, and this has left me quite frustrated.

Poor delivery experience

My experience with delivery has been frustrating. Despite repeated discussions with the support team about my delivery preferences, the delivery person rarely knocks loudly or waits for me. If I'm not quick enough or not home, they disregard my request to leave the package with a neighbor or at the back of the house. Instead, they leave it on the doorstep, which is too visible and accessible. Given the rise in package thefts, it's surprising that the delivery service ignores these instructions. Additionally, the return process has become unnecessarily complicated and confusing.
