On 16th March evening (Last day of the spring deal), I was searching the Amazon app and realize there is a lucky wheel and I have awarded a £150 coupon when spending for more than £300. But I checked there is not any coupon in my account. So, I called Amazon CS for help with screen capture about the lucky wheel and explain the case.
On 18th March, I have got the reply from the Amazon CS mentioned £150 will be debit to my credit card account for compensation. But up to now, nothing happened so I called the Amazon CS again and someone told me the compensation is not going to happen and can only offer £20 coupon to me. This is completely not acceptable and I have black and white from the Amazon CS with a reasonable compensation but the company seems totally ignore the committment.
