This is a detailed account of my experience with a certain service provider. I entered into a paid Service Agreement for onboarding seller accounts. The contract promised verified, operational accounts within 2–3 working days. After 2 weeks, the outcomes were as follows:• eBay Canada — permanently closed• eBay U.S. — permanently closed• Amazon U.S. — rejected multiple times• No account became operational. The company acknowledged the failures but refused any refund or compensation, arguing that liability only exists if a violation notice is issued by the marketplaces, which wasn't a condition in the contract. Their team managed all onboarding actions using my identity and documents, leading to long-term marketplace risks and data exposure. I am now publicly requesting:• A full refund• Written confirmation of permanent data deletion. I share this to help others make informed decisions. All claims are supported by documented evidence.
