Paid Engagement, No Results, Lack of Accountability This is a documented account of my experience with the service provider. I entered into a paid Service Agreement (20 Nov 2025) for onboarding seller accounts on various platforms. The contract promised verified, operational accounts within 2–3 working days. Results delivered by their team after 2 weeks:
• eBay Canada — permanently closed
• eBay U.S. — permanently closed
• Amazon U.S. — rejected multiple times
• No account became operational The company acknowledged the failed outcome in writing, yet denied any refund or compensation. Their reasoning is that liability only exists if the marketplaces issue a violation notice naming them, which is not a condition in the contract. All onboarding actions were conducted by their staff using my identity, documents, and banking details. Repeated failures have created long-term marketplace risks and data exposure. I am publicly requesting:
• A full refund

UPDATED: A customer reported a product as counterfeit in July, and I informed the service about it. They assured me it was handled. Now, in October, my seller account remains deactivated, and I've lost nearly $1k in inventory. INITIAL REVIEW: The team was initially amazing! They were responsive and helped me get started selling on Amazon! I intended to continue working with them!
My inventory was sent by a certain provider without verifying the supplier's accreditation. As a result, my account was deactivated from day one. Neither the service provider nor their supplier took responsibility for the management of my store, leading to a loss of $4K due to their lack of knowledge. Other companies managing Amazon stores noted that this was basic information. Be cautious when selecting a team to manage your store, as neither the service provider nor the supplier refunded me for the counterfeit products.
This service is very helpful, providing excellent communication about my store's status. On my first day live, I achieved over 5 sales, which is a wonderful start.
